Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 September 2026. This policy explains what the Caspian Healthcare Foundation and Caspian Healthcare collect through this website and at the expo, and how it is used.

What we collect

When you register for a pass we collect your name, phone number, email (optional) and group size, along with how you reached the site (for example the link or campaign you clicked). When you buy a paid pass, payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. When you send a sponsorship or corporate enquiry we collect your organisation, name, phone, email and message.

Health information

If you take a screening or a check-up, your samples and results are handled by Caspian Diagnostic Centre and Caspian Healthcare as medical records, under the same confidentiality as any patient of the clinic. Results are shared only with you and with the doctor reviewing them, and are never shared with sponsors or exhibitors. Anonymised, aggregate figures (for example the share of visitors with a high HbA1c) may be used in public health reporting.

How we use it

To confirm your registration, send event reminders, deliver your report and arrange your doctor review, and to share updates from the Foundation and Caspian Healthcare, including next year's expo. Aggregate, anonymised numbers (such as footfall and screenings) are used in impact reporting to sponsors and grant bodies. We do not sell personal data. Sponsor communications, where offered, are opt-in and always your choice.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how it is used, which set cookies or similar identifiers. No health information is sent to these services.

Retention and your choices

Registration data is kept for event administration and follow-up; medical records are retained as required by law. To access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages, write to oratorkhizer@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 89193 41154.
