1st edition: Caspian Diabetes & Children's Health Expo

Hyderabad's first patient-facing diabetes expo. Screenings, specialist talks and family programming proved the demand.

2nd edition: Caspian Diabesity Expo, Banjara Function Hall

Before you come

Is entry really free?

Yes. Register for a Free Floor Pass and walk in to the talks, workshops and stalls, with a free basic screening (random sugar, BP, BMI), lunch, and tea and water through the day. Paid passes add the full metabolic check-up, the doctor review, dinner and reserved seating. Nobody is turned away.

What does the Metabolic Check include, and do I need to fast?

The full Caspian Metabolic Profile: thyroid profile, CBC, ESR, liver and kidney function, HbA1c, urine examination, vitamin D, vitamin B12, iron profile, lipid profile and body composition analysis. Blood is drawn at the expo, no fasting needed. The report reaches you on WhatsApp the next working day, and a doctor reviews it with you by video or at Caspian within the week. Basic screening (random sugar, BP, BMI) stays free for every visitor.

Is the check-up eligible under Section 80D?

Yes. Preventive health check-up expenses qualify for deduction under Section 80D, up to ₹5,000 a year within the overall limit. Keep the receipt issued for your pass.

Can I bring my parents and children?

Please do. The expo is built as a family day. The Couple and Family Passes give everyone their own Metabolic Check and one joint consult, because risk runs in families.

Are paid passes refundable?

Yes, fully refundable until 31 October 2026. Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay. See the refund policy in the footer.
