These terms govern passes and participation for the Caspian Diabesity Expo 2026, organised by the Caspian Healthcare Foundation ("the Foundation"), a public charitable trust registered at Hyderabad.

The event

The expo is a public health education and screening event scheduled for Saturday, 14 November 2026 in Hyderabad. The venue, agenda and speakers may change; material changes will be published on this website. If the event is postponed, passes remain valid for the rescheduled date, and paid passes become refundable on request.

Passes

Free Entry Passes admit the registered visitor at no charge. Priority Passes (Rs 99 per person) and Family Passes (Rs 499, up to four people) add convenience benefits described on the passes page. Passes are for personal use and cannot be resold.

Health screenings

On-site screenings are for general awareness and are not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Abnormal results should be reviewed with a qualified physician. Participation in any screening is voluntary.

Payments

Payments are collected securely through Razorpay into the account of the Caspian Healthcare Foundation and support the Foundation's public health activities, including free screenings.

Conduct and safety

The Foundation may refuse entry or ask a visitor to leave for conduct that endangers or disturbs others. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
