Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid passes (Priority Pass and Family Pass) for the Caspian Diabesity Expo 2026.

Refund window

Paid passes are fully refundable on request until 31 October 2026. From 1 November 2026, passes are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled or you request a refund after a postponement.

How to request

WhatsApp +91 89193 41154 or email oratorkhizer@gmail.com with your payment ID (shown on your confirmation page and Razorpay receipt). Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation by the organiser

If the event is cancelled, all paid passes are refunded in full automatically.
