This policy explains what the Caspian Healthcare Foundation collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you register for a pass we collect your name, phone number, email (optional) and group size. When you buy a paid pass, payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

How we use it

To confirm your registration, send event reminders and follow-ups about your screening report, and to share event updates from the Foundation. Aggregate, anonymised numbers (such as total footfall and screenings) are used in impact reporting to sponsors and grant bodies. We do not sell personal data. Opt-in sponsor communications, where offered, are always your choice.

Retention and your choices
